At Mama Bear’s Scent Boutique, we take pride in carefully packaging your order and shipping it out as quickly as possible. We work to process orders daily, but for the purposes of our policy, please note the following:

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated to you.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

All orders are shipped from Canada using Canada Post or UPS, Purolator, or Canpar.
Carrier selection may vary depending on the order and destination.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

🇨🇦  Within Canada: Typically 3–7 business days
🇺🇸  To the United States: Typically 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and carrier processing times.

Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. Mama Bear’s Scent Boutique is not responsible for delays, re-routes, lost shipments, or failed deliveries caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES / IMPORT TAXES (U.S. ORDERS)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent by DDP but may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Mama Bear’s Scent Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
