What is a wax melt?

Unlike wicked candle wax, our wax doesn't evaporate into the air. Instead, it remains intact, releasing only its scent when heated. Utilized with a wax warmer, our bars offer a multitude of advantages over wicked candles, including enhanced safety, consistent scent dispersal, convenience, affordability, and more.

How do I use and replace the wax melts?

To use our wax melts, simply place the desired amount in your wax warmer. Allow the warmer to melt the wax, releasing a delightful fragrance. We recommend leaving on for 4-5 hours at a time. Our wax melts are crafted from a unique blend of high-quality waxes, ensuring a longer-lasting and consistent scent experience.

Changing Wax in Larger Warmers:

* Once cooled, place your warmer dish in the freezer. The wax will slide out after about 20 mins. Or turn off wax and then when wax is semi solid, push to slide it out and wipe warmer dish with a paper towel.

Changing Wax in Plug in Warmers:

* Place a few cotton balls in the warmer to absorb the wax. Then remove the cotton balls and wipe out with a paper towel.

What effects the longevity of my wax bar?

Several variables influence the duration of your fragrance experience. These include factors like ceiling height, humidity levels, the type of wax warmer being used, and the potency of the fragrance molecules in your chosen scents.

How long will my wax last?

A wax cube typically offers robust fragrance for 6-8 hours. However, in my experience, some potent scents linger beyond 8 hours; certain scent notes are stronger than others. For instance florals and fresh scents tend to linger longer than fruits and bakery. Nonetheless, scent longevity varies for each individual because everyone's sense of smell is different. Therefore, determining an exact scent duration is subjective.

How many cubes should I use in my warmer?

This will depend on the size of the warmer. Start off with a few cubes and see how much liquid fills the dish. Add more as needed but with caution. No one needs a "waxident" ! Try not to fill the dish more than 3/4 full when liquid. When the scent has dissipated, change out with fresh wax. Adding to old wax will just drown out the new wax and you wont get the full potential of that scent at that point.

Do you take requests for scents?

Absolutely! I'm always looking to make NEW scents and I love to hear customer feedback. If there is an out of stock scent that you would like to request or a fragrance you have in mind, I will definitely to try to find it for you. Just send me a message.

What If my order doesn't arrive after the estimated shipping time frame?

It is rare for a package to not reach it's destination but it can happen. I have no control over the postal system once your order leaves my hands. At the same time I completely understand the frustration of not receiving a order that you are anxiously waiting for. Please contact me at point and I will be more than happy to work on a resolution.
